i am happier with this design tho, even if i am not sure it's very street fighter-y yet

SF tends to be a little stereotypical at times with their designs and i think i did a good job with a mix of unique and such.

Some female boxers do braid their hair without the ribbon things (Which is the mexican touch)

that blouse closely resembles traditional ones while also not covering her arms

the shorts are of a color akin to traditional black dresses (Perhaps i can add red/green lines to them)

and the boots are brown to represent sandals.

The bullet belts are the street fighter-y stereotype which, along her name "Adela", is a direct reference to the Mexican Revolution "Soldaderas" (Female soldiers)

that plus skin/hair/Eye color should at least make it easier to guess she is mexican, even when the gloves dont have the little eagle (and thus might look like the italian flag)
